I'm new here and strongly considering purchasing an NX.


I really do not want to settle on anything other than at last Ultrasonic Blue exterior and Rioja Red interior.


There are also some packages/options I want as well. That being said I know it is very hard to get all of them. I am curious what and if any of the following can be installed at the dealership.


A dealer found a close available spec what I want, but does not include:

• power back door - too much wiring and labor?
• wireless charger - does this work well for those who have it?
• pre-collision system - doubtful this can be installed

Other final options are to settle a black interior which is more common or special order. Are special orders possible, any additional costs or less ability to negotiate price, and time to arrive?

Unfortunately, none of the three options are dealer installed options. Accessories such as mud flaps, side steps, paint protection film, and so on are dealer installed options.

I have the Qi wireless charger and works well with my Nokia 830 with built in Qi wireless but it needs to be positioned in a precise spot but I blame this constraint on the phone since the charging area is small and towards the bottom third of the phone.

If you special order, it's not more expensive than MSRP but you may get a small discount off one in inventory. Also, expect a 3-4 month wait on the order.

While in the dealer the other day to pick up my plates I noticed they were selling the Flexy frame for $39.95. It is on Amazon for about $20.

I had one on my prior car but found it did not support the license plate well enough through a car wash where the front plate got bent.
