Is there a way to do this?

Sometimes getting out of the car for a quick minute maybe to run inside a gas station or mail a letter or something some times I want to the leave the heat/ac running and the car won't let me lock the doors when I get out despite having the key fob on me... Ugh.

 

you can't open the door, lock it from the inside button, then close it then just walk away? (have someone without the FOB nearby try opening it)

 

I tried that and it unlocked itself when I shut the door!

 

I had my car lock once by itself. I hopped out to drop off a letter and it locked every door, with the fob inside. Luckily I unlocked it using the app.

 

Hmm yours locks itself and mine won't let me... Why???!?!??
