I'm looking at something similar to this:
NX200 T
ELECTROCHROMIC INSIDE REARVIEW MIRROR
ILLUMINATED DOOR SILLS
NAVIGATION SYSTEM PACKAGE
ELECTROCHROMIC MIRROR W/BSM AND MEMORY
INTUITIVE PARKING ASSIST
POWER BACK DOOR
PREMIUM PACKAGE
HEATED LEATHER STEERING WHEEL

MSRP of the base model is $37315
All the options (mainly nav and premium, park assist, auto back trunk open) = $7338

So based on reading here, 10% off MSR? = 33583
Not sure how to negotiate the Options, say i pay about $5000 (fair??)= $38,500?

Does this sound reasonable?

I think trying for more than 30% off your options is going to be steep for them especially if they don't have a similar model already on their lots. Even 40K won't be easy.

Your bargaining power really depends on your location and the specific dealership.

You would have more bargaining power if the vehicle is a 2015 model.

Your #s are all over the place.

Use a Simple format:

1) MSRP of your built vehicle (no one cares what the base msrp is or your options package just read off the sticker of the car you want)=
2) 10% of MSRP=
3) Target price= 1-2

10% is still doable unless the incentives train has gone. If the average sell price just a couple weeks ago was 10% off (below invoice) dont take that invoice is the lowest you can go. back end incentives are always there, so invoice is not dealer cost.

So:
MSRP: $44653

Target price: $40187

I"m not sure what the invoice is, but this should be my target price?

I did research on dealers when I bought mine. The better ones seem to be Lexus on the Park and Downtown Lexus. I visited both and Lexus on the Park was very dishonest with me and also low balled me hard on my trade in while Downtown Lexus immediately gave my a very fair price straight away.

Reviews for Don Valley Lexus isn't great and when I visited a long time ago I didn't like the service rep and the attitude they had.

You're looking for a 2016 F-Sport1 I presume?

I guess the 15s really have a lot of trunk money, just got an email with invoice pricing without even beginning negotiations lol

Were you successful in getting such a discount on a 2016?

@kenji
I changed my mind after looking at the grill and now I am looking at the sports version instead. 47822 is the standard MSRP with all the packages that Lexus decided that it's necessary to bundle with. (Qi charger???! wtf.. don't need or use), Just initial talk i was given around $42K. I think is very reasonable. Now the headache is selling my BMW.

Now I'm looking at the 2016 FSport 2, I was Oakville Lexus and Erin Park, didn't seem too thrilled with pricing, pretty much website pricing...might have to check more out tomorrw.

Thanks
