Default Remote wire at amp harness

hi all, I’ve searched through the old threads to find a diagram for the circled harness and could not find it. Hoping you guys can help me find the remote wire.

In my GS it was pretty straight forward with 3 wires. But after pulling my wife’s trunk apart I find the harness with much more options.

Anyone know which one is the remote to tap into for an aftermarket amp? Trying to avoid running the remote to the passenger footwell fuse box.

Scratch that. I went ahead and ordered a fuse tap. I guess when I was skimming through the threads I thought the fuse box was in the engine bay. Read it again and realized it was in the driver footwell which made it much easier. Getting the power wire through the firewall without taking apart the window wiper things was a real pain, thankfully did not have to get 0awg in there.

install is complete. Built a custom wedge box to utilize space in the tiny trunk. .7cuft for a 10” IDQ powered by a JL 250/1v2. Quite impressed at the output in a hatch type car. Bit boomy at first but tuned it a bit and has good low end extension. Don’t think going to get too deep with this install as my GS is already SQ built.

Thankfully was able to hide the amp still

Ah-Hah -- glad you were able to figure it out for yourself and everything seems to be nicely hidden...

Is the spare tire secure with no possible "banging" into the plugged-in wires next to it?

I'm sure you got it all figured out -- Well done you Cool
