Hi everyone, I have a 2015 Lexus NX300h Luxury with Mark Lenvinson package. My bluetooth is quite annoying me since when I change track on my iPhone or the next tracks automaticcaly comes, the name of the track does not change unless I pause and play manually. Do you know how I can solve this issue?

Welcome to the Club and Congrats on your first post!!
I have not had this issue but it’s a great question, so I googled it to see if anything helpful pops up. Maybe this can be of help.
Either way, hopefully someone will chime in with better advice.
Please let us know how you were able to solve your issue as that would be most helpful for the next person…

Hi, thank you so much for the help. Unfortunately I tried all these steps but it seems that it is a car issue, since other iPhones got the same effect. Do you know how can I check whether there are updates for the software? I know the car is quite outdated but maybe there is still the possibility to do something

The only way I know is to check with the dealership. I have a 2020, so one of the refresh years and believe that owners of the first refresh year, 2018, were able to get the update from the dealership. I’m not sure about your 2015, as they might have limitations, being the first MY.
All you can do is ask — doesn’t hurt to try, anyway.
Again, please let us know if you were able to resolve this issue and how you were able to do so.
