Default Awd?

Just took my new 2025 NX 450h+ on it痴 first road trip. I had some perceived difficulties, but might just be because I知 not used to an SUV that sits so high, and the difference of driving an AWD.
I知 a pretty normal (safe) driver, not into speed. When I was traveling at the posted speed limits, be it 35mph or 65 mph, and cornered a curve in the road it felt a bit scary.
It felt like the car was actually tilting, and the back wheels felt to me like they were about to slide.
I知 wondering if perhaps it all was normal, and just that I知 not used to a high riding SUV with AWD.
Does this sound familiar to anyone?
Can anyone give me some feedback on what I知 describing here?
Thanks

What was your previous car?

Sounds like you are driving too aggressively.

If you want to keep this up, perhaps switching the tires to something better suited to your driving style.

Thanks for the reply. My previous car, for 10 years, was a 2014 Lexus ES 300h
I'm definitely not driving too aggressively, in fact I'm not at all into aggressive or fast driving.
I'm driving the NX 450h exactly the same way I drove the ES 300h
