New to me 2016 Lexus NX200T base 90ishk miles. With only couple hundred miles after purchase coming back from a ballgame indicator went off stating blind spot Malfunction. Pulled codes and have a C1AC2 code indicating slave module horizontal axis misalignment. I havent hit anything and was just driving normally down hwy. Anyone else had this occur?

 

You may have a malfunction with your RH blind spot monitoring sensor behind your rear bumper (reference item 88162 (RH) in the diagram).

. You can start by swapping it with the left (reference 88172) to see if the fault moves, which would then be code C1AC1.
