For a definitive answer to your question, inspect the dampers ("shock absorbers" in America). The AVS dampers have electrical actuators near the bottom, whereas the non-AVS dampers do not. This particular model is miles away, and I can't inspect it. What about a drive mode ****, it has Sport + on it. Does it mean it has AVS?
Ask the seller to e-mail you a photo of one of the rear dampers. My 2019 NX has a "Sport +" label above the drive mode ****. It is not an F-Sport model and does not have AVS. So I do not think this label is a reliable identifier.
If you have the Vehicle Identification Number, you could register on the Lexus Owners web site and obtain a list of installed features for that specific vehicle.
