SF/DC Anyone up to help with fitment?

Need help fitting wheels onto the car. Running 19x9/10 225/35 235/35 +24 with 10mm spacers in the front on 2IS350. Any cheap recommendation for fender rolls locally? I got quoted $250 for all four which sounds like the usual, but if anyone knows someone who does their own for $100 range leave info down below please.

Had all four of mine rolled down in Fremont at RMS Rolling & Coating for $120.
