Glen a sincere thank you to you and the rest of the NorCal OGs who have organized and put on the best Lexus meets out there for years and years.
New folks you've got some big shoes to fill but very much looking forward to it!

Due to many circumstances and changes over the years, I have decided that after 10 years, that it is time to end holding or annually held EOS meet (End of Summer). In addition, this will also mean that I will end BOS (Beginning of Summer) as well. This does not mean that we have seen the last of holding big meets in NorCal. What it does mean is that it is time for the current generation of Lexus members and the remaining veterans to come up with something new and to do it on their own.
Let's look forward to the next wave of events and perhaps a new wave of organizers stepping up to the plate to continue the 10 year history that NorCal has had in holding some of the best events in the country. I will still be around to support those who continue the tradition of organizing events, but I do believe it is time to start a new. I have every reason to believe that there WILL be large events now and in the future and so I ask that the Lexus NorCal community continue to support those who will promote events in the future.
With that said, I encourage everyone to support Jon "MYIS350G" who will be holding his first BIG Lexus event in SAC. This WILL BE the LAST BIG NorCal Lexus CERTIFIED meet for this year, so for those who have missed out on all the big events that we have had throught this past year, I encourage you to come out and attend this event.

As for me, after 10 years of holding / managing meets, the time has come for me to focus my energy elsewhere, but those who know me will KNOW that I will still be around and you will be sure to see me attending meets and my moderating role will continue.
Thanks NorCal Family for 10 great years of your support.

There is a changing of the guard here and I fear that those that were passionate about Lexus and the community and bringing it together are moving on. The years of volunteer work doing something you love can be overbearing and you see others try to profit and benefit from it. I truly hope the next generation of leaders here are Lexus owners passionate about the brand and about bringing people together in person. It is such a crucial element. "Putting a face to the name".
It is a thankless job but rest assured you are a legend and there are those that will forever speak to your name in the highest regard and you will not be forgotten or cast aside. It was an honor to meet you last year and hang with the man!
THANK YOU
