Time to get ready for the pursuit 3 (caravan info)
TIME TO GET READY FOR THE PURSUIT 3 (CARAVAN INFO)
Prepping for the Drag Strip Activity
L to R / F to R : Air Tank, Sparco Air Pressure gauge, ATS Brake Fluid, ENEOS 0w- 20 Synthetic, AMSoil Filter, Nitto Drag Radials, ZeroNine Helmet, G-Force Fire resistant Jacket, Tundra car hauler
Whether you’re interested in running the 1/8 mile drag strip, seeing the cars and meeting the SoCal members you’ve only known online, half the fun is joining the caravan and partaking in the pre/post meet activities with the SoCal crew.
Depending on everyone’s preferences we will plan 1 or 2 caravans leaving either Friday and/or Saturday. The trip home will also be planned for Sunday evening or Monday morning. This is my 3rd Pursuit caravan, so the hotel logistics, shallow driveways, local car wash, safe area, etc. have all been scoped out.
For security purposes, I won’t divulge the hotel location, but pricing is currently $93 double occupancy. If you would like to split the room cost with 1 or 2 others, I can help find you a roommate.
I will handle everything through email and we will do what we can to accommodate everyone’s needs.

Some people will surely be travelling those days.
You NEVER really want to drive alone. It's not as fun. When we roll together the time flys talking on the FRS radios, rest stops, etc. Also I can't tell you that almost every caravan we've had, someone has had to pull over or run into a problem and needed help.
We roll together to back each other up.

Last time at Tech Inspection the guy said I'm supposed to wear a fire resistant jacket cuz I have FI. Silly rule but again, I don't want to be dis-allowed to run and I use all this gear for karting. I hate wearing someone elses sweatty helmet and driving suit.
Makes me itchy just thinking about it.
