Doubt it. Technically she shouldnt have been on the road, I believe she could have had it worse if the cop wanted to be a ****! Its like a red flag with out a red flag.

On the other hand, a judge might be more lenient if there was proof that the owner didn't have enough time to go home and put on the plate.

Front plates are really getting noticed these days, I now have plates on all my cars to avoid the hassle.

The 35% tint ticket on the sides was weak, I still have it.

I keep mine on my floor (with the mounting L tabs on it and use the excuse, "oh yea I know, it just fell off, I need to get some new screws for it"
