Looks like it's going to be more of an IS crew than Lexus crew.
I propose we just forward all our registration emails to the leader, so that he/she will have all the info (including contact numbers).

ALL NEWBIES NOW HEAR THIS
Keep monitoring the 2010 List of meets / activities which is updated throughout the year.
Do a search on previous meet history to get an idea of what the deal is. Many activities are annually held going on 8+ years.
These are typically meets you DO NOT want to miss.
Any activities listed are well organized, coordinated and supported by the ClubLexus Veteran members.
You already see a bit of a coordination issue with this YBHS activity. This is not an issue with the events that CL organizers post and sponsor.
As for mini meets and the mini meet thread, keep an eye out for events posted by UV or lexusIS08 this coming summer, as well as anything posted by other Veteran members.
The dates are posted in advance so that people have time to arrange their schedule.

Those that show an interest, motivation and ability to organize activities are usually approached by one of the CL senior crew at some point down the road to help out with future activities.
We're just sitting back to watch you guys run with this one and we'll see if any cream rises to the top.
Seriously, we encourage new members to get involved both in participating and organizing activities. It sometimes feels like it is taken for granted that meets and activities are assigned to people who's job it is to do it for others. That's so far from the truth. We all work for free and take it upon ourselves to contribute to the Lexus community. All we really ask in return is your participation and support.
Organizers are only as successful as those who support us.
Successful NorCal meets have had a turn out such as this:
NOTE: These are all personally owned CL member cars. The dealer cleared their entire lot for us to hold this event.
