End of Show
Thanks to everyone who came out to support us, especially Jawnthen, Jerimiah and Neo for helping transport and set up the cars. Thanks to 13s_is300 for the great recommendation for a restaurant for dinner. What time did we finally all go home 2-3am?? Solo, longest distance travelled and last one home I bet. Darius2004 good to finally meet you and your family.
Here's a few pics of the Fast n Furious cars. At the end of the show, when they were tearing down the displays, we were finally allowed by the security guards to get close to those cars and get a detailed look underneath to verify some things.
Our suspicions were right, the EVO was FAKE. We looked underneath and verified the rear end did not have all wheel drive. Also, that Folgers Coffee can exhaust had a hideous welding job where the piping came in 90 degrees into the "SIDE" of the muffler. I think this was done because the muffler was too big and that was the only way to actually connect it. When the motor started up it sounded extremely STOCK for such a rad looking exhaust.
Guess that's what they call movie magic !
Well FWIW here are the F & F cars with our tuner cars displayed on both sides of their display.
