So is Bear Mtn a good place to hold a CL meet on Sunday the 29th? 
I don't have a problem with it since I was out there over the weekend, and satisfied with the view and surroundings. We still have less than 2 weeks to figure out

Bear Mountain it is!
Alright guys, if you want me to take the lead on this joint, I'll be more than happy to do that. I did some more research and found a recreation area off of exit 17, Palisades Pkwy, where we could have a BBQ (grills available) or picnic. In addition to some of the scenic drives in Bear Mtn Park, the 15-mile Seven Lakes Drive is probably the closest thing to the infamous Deal's Gap drive in N. Carolina. That should make for some excellent photo shoots 
I will create a new thread showcasing more info of the Bear Mtn meet.
