FBF just told me they are fully booked for that date. But they did mentione since we still have our permit we may be able to get it. I'll keep you guys posted. I should hear back in a few minutes....
FBF is a NO GO
FBF for June/29th/03 is out. We cannot hold the meet there. Fully booked for the 28th and 29th and july 4th weekend is out too.
This year's regulation doesn't allow for BBQ's. Also there is no tent or canopy.
Soon after the july 4th weekend they are starting construction to build some sort of sports complex so thats out too.
I think we should pick another venue to work with. FBF is out.
If anyone can come up with another venue please let me know.
