I inherited a Lexus LS 400 93' model. Is there a mechanic in Philadelphia that can restore it starting with the white smoke at start up, no a/c, leaking power steering pump, dash capacitors I think, a/c fan motor, leaking window washer fluid, radio wires, etc. Drives great other than at times fluctuates the low end power. https://www.clublexus.com/forums/images/smilies/sad.gif
