LI, NY 7/12/08 Tuning Technology Mega Meet/BBQ
Ok guys, the meet is on for tomorrow. I know this is scheduled on a Saturday and you guys may have things to do early in the day. How is 1:00pm for the Brooklyn, Queens, LI guys to meet off of Exit 32N of the Southern State Parkway? I am open to suggestions..
I'm soooo pissed. I might not be able to go; I totally forgot about a block party that I am having on Sat. I have to help setup and everything. Things like this usually start at around 1PM and end at 11pm??? This would be a great meet to go to since it's not far away at all. I'll try to break out of there for a little while and swing over to this meet. It's only a 20-25min. drive for me.

McLaren SLR lead car cruise at 12:00!
What's up guys?
The meet starts at 10:30 and the first cruise of the day with a McLaren SLR as the lead vehicle will be around 12:00. I know that there will be other cruises later in the afternoon but our gameplan was to go for the cruise beginning at 12:00-1:00 and when we get back to the shop we will be serving the catered food.
You are welcome to come at any time but this is the agenda so far for the SLR cruise.
The next cruise or hell ride(your choice) will be led by a 996TT X50 640hp/680tq and we are looking at doing that one around 3:00.
I am really expecting you guys to REPRESENT!

First cruise of the day, SLR McLaren leads the way.
Starting at TT Motorsports in Farmingdale, going West on Southernstate Pkwy, South on Meadowbrook towards Jones Beach, East on Ocean Pkwy, North on Robert Moses and finally West on the Southernstate Pkwy back to Route 110 North to come back to TT Motorsports.

wow, i was just going to show up at the spot for 10:30, i didn't know about the other stuff, I'll probably have to leave around 1:30 to head to the south street seaport for some bday celebration stuff, I'm down for meeting up at 11:30 though...
Other guys who signed up have not chimed in as of yet. Need to know if 11:30 a.m at exit 32N is a go. If not, I will be at the shop at 10:30 a.m. with DJ ready to roll.

hot damn i just got home... i'm going to be dead tired at this meet, i hope they have coffee although I'm sure the pure envy I'll have towards some of the cars there will be enough to keep me awake.
I am pissed..I was on the road at 11 a.m to head there and traffic came to a standstill at Exit 15 on the Southern State
. There was no way I would of made it in time for the enthusiast drive at noon so I exited at 16N to head back home. Sorry Bruce, sorry guys. I along with the North East Regional Forum will come back stronger and better for the next one
