As some of you know I recently bought my 08 GS350 a little over a month ago, but within the past year we (family+friends) have bought over 4 cars from them. I call them about 15 minutes ago inquiring about a car for a friend of mine. This is how the conversation went:

I speak to a sales person because the guy I dealt with was busy, Another guy named Mike. He answers some questions for me and then transfers me to over KIP PATEL the internet sales manager.

He answers the phone like this : " What do you want? "

Im shocked! So I say excuse?

He says: Yeah what do you want? what?!

I say wow youre talking to a customer who has bought cars from your dealer before and answering the phone by saying what do you want!?

He says oh oh oh and starts to stutter and says im sorry i thought you were someone else, and starts saying all this bull**** and trying to kiss my ***.

So I start asking him my questions I wanted to know about the vehicle they posted online. Because they posted the wrong COLOR on the car and they put up wrong pictures for another car. He starts saying oh we have this and that, but avoids my question. I asked him clearly is this a typo/mistake on your part? He says ohhhhh im not sure, So i give him the stock numbers on both cars and he says oh yea looks like someone messed up on them.

This is very typical of lexus watertown to pull some **** like this...

I am dissapointed

 

It's worth the extra time and effort to head out towards Herb Chambers on Rt 1. Larger/Better inventory, and bettery service.
