Would anyone have a suggestion of a shop that does good installs of hid kits. i have a new is250 and they dont come with hids. was hoping to perhaps purchase a kit of xeondepot and then have the shop install it. thank you in advance

call and tell them Marc with the blue Turbo IS300 reccomended you...

they install them every other day, they use the PHILIPS HID kit (best one available), looks amazing..... give them a call

Honestly, if you can change a lightbulb, you can install the plug-and-play HID kit. It's really simple. However, you might want to consider other options if you really want nice HIDs.
