where's a good spot to shoot some night pics of the car?

somewhere in manhattan ? queens? brooklyn?

Long Island city behind the midtown tunnel. There's a great view from queens there that has a great manhattan view.
College Point area off the van vyke. Backdrop of the new york times building.
Flushing meadow park in front of the globe.
Hooters out in Long Island
World Financial center at night (Area is a ghost town at night)
Also a few places in brooklyn near the brkln bridge.

thanks for the ideas... i'll try them next time.

my buddy actually can't wait, so just now, we went out to Roosevelt Island, and tried to find an empty spot that has views of manhattan and the bridge.

and guess what, he forgot to bring a tripod, so, most of our night shots went to waste!!

ON a side note, after our wasted photoshoot, we went out for a 'midnight run'. He just broke in the CLS 55. And so, the run started, from Manhattan starting in Williamsburg bridge to LIE.
I am quite suprised that my car was able to follow quite closely behind the beast... had a good run up to triple digits speed.
