Default Any good shops in NYC or the tri-state area??

Hey everyone This is my first post and I'm pretty new to the forum and recently a new lexus owner . I was just curious if there are any good, reputable shops in NYC or the Tri-state area? That maybe someone could recomend that either does good work or might specialize in performance Toyota/Lexus vehicals. I only knew of a few.
Performance factory (Closed)
Paisley Automotive (not sure if its still open)
SPI (moved and not sure where its located anymore)
DRT(heard stories not the greatest place)
I plan on doing most of the wrenching and work myself but its always good to have a back up plan and know places that I could take my car too if something does go wrong .
so if anyone has any suggestions please shoot them by me. thanks alot

You can give me a call and i can send you to my boy in Brooklyn........... as a matter of Fact, I was just there Sunday dropping off my other friends Supra which is in his shop now......... just getting the tranny dropped and the TC rebuilt........ protorque didn't do it right lol......... anyway........ he is my friend and i think when it comes to anyone....... he knows his **** with Toyotas.......... Not to mention z's, 240's etc........ he was Vinny Ten's partner at Performance Factory NYC back in the day, but decided to go back on his own to work his business versus working on the race car. So yeah.... he knows his stuff

His shop is off Atlantic Ave. Give me a call... 203-981-3260
