Lexfest Updates for Friday August 12
Lexfest Meet Photographer Signed On!
Tony AKA Webmaster of my.IS is flying up to take pics for us of the event! I'll look to him to post details on cost if you want professional size images of the pics he takes, or contact him at the event if you want to arrange a specific shoot of your car. Many of you may have already seen his work on this forum and in his galleries (click here).
While Tony downplays his celebrity, I'm sure a bunch of you guys would like to meet one of the founding faces behind IS300.net / my.IS
HELP NEEDED for PA system and to work Lexfest
The guys at Team Lexus haven't been able to track a PA system down to use on Saturday. Anyone have something that will work other than a bullhorn? We'll have guest speakers from Team Lexus, Lexus Corporate and vendors and don't want them yelling at a crowd of 300+ people. Please PM me if you have something we can use!
We might ask for some volunteers to help with guiding people to the right parking area, etc. If you want to wake up a bit early Saturday and pitch in with setup / work the event, PM me.
Also, if any vendor wants to chip in to pay for a PA system (don't know $$$) and mist tent rental (assuming its still available) for about $210 please PM me.

Excellent meet, and my hats off to DaveGS4, 1SICKLEX, and all others that had a hand in organizing this event. It was great to put some names with faces, get to know my fellow board sponsor (Steve Ganz of Carson) and just "hang out" for a couple days.
