Question Reputable Mechanic in DC Area?

I've just purchased a used 2000 RX300 with 36K from a used car dealer 7 hours away, and just after my check cleared I noticed:

...that at low speeds there's a rubbing/squealing noise. Sounds like brake pads or shoes are rubbing? Didn't notice on the test drive because the windows were up.

...that the radio works but gets terrible reception because the antenna doesn't go up.

...that they've only given me one master key and I don't have the ID code to get others....

Would really like to know if anyone has an honest, reputable, reasonable non-dealer mechanic they can recommend to get after these annoyances...

Advice please? Thank you very much!!!

I know of a Lexus mechanic that does outside work for me for my GS400. Last work he did for me was when I accidentally poured power steering fluid in the brake fluid reservoir. This guy lives in a Manassas and he's really busy but if you like I can get in contact with him.
