I wonder if this is good or bad for Lexus. Will there be a brain drain at the company. Will executives want to leave comfortable and sunny SoCal for humid Plano?

Today Toyota announced it's moving a significant amount of its operations from Southern California to the Dallas, Texas suburb of Plano. How will it impact the moral of folks more used to sandy beaches than spicy brisket?
