Really hate to see another gem go, but space is running out for my collections so I hope this will goto a good home; like wise, my loss is your gain.
As rare and great quality goes, I do not believe modifications add any significant value to the car, so whomever takes it off my hand should know better that the price I'm asking for is a real steal.

For a quick valuation if one were to duplicate the style from getting the parts new:
Junction Produce Aero Kit (ultra-rare)= $4000+
Junction Produce Quad Exhaust (discontinue-rare) = $2000+
GReddy Twin Turbo Kit w/ Intercooler Option = $8500+
Air Runner System (the only M35X kit out there) = $7500+
Volk Progressive TS Forged 20" (rare kicks) = $4000+
Sound Stream Audio Video System Setup/Components = $3000+
Two-Tone Leather/Suede Interior = $3000+
Easily around $40k+ in parts and paint-job if you include all the labor too! Even minus the labor and search these parts used in the market (if you can find any), they're like you said, easily over $20k even for used parts!
