a lil off topic; just wondering how stict is dmv inspection for PA is , ill be moving in allentown in a few weeks and wondering what they look for besides the stuff i heard like safety .

wheres the hang out/chill spots in allentown or nearby ats ? lol..i jus drive around my new area jus to cruise and i get reved at by loads of hondas ...smh lol
