Alright so im leaving friday afternoon after I get off work id say between 1-4 from woodbridge which is right off 95s about exit 160 if people wanna meet up at the dale city rest stop which I think would be easiest so just let me know. .

People are still trying to figure out exactly when they're leaving. If I can make it, I will either leave before rush hour on Friday (sometime between 1 and 3 like you), or afterwards, like around 7:30.
