16 cooper street, Hempstead. Need help.
I guess who ever sees the address above knows what this is about. Got a 74 in a 55 on northern state. A couple of people told me that they're not so bad there and all they care about is money. Any tips from anyone that's been there? My license is clean and don't want any points so I don't mind paying a fine for a non moving violation. Also, do I have to appear on the date that's on the ticket or can I go within that week. If anyone knows any good lawyer that operates there and can guarantee me no points, pls let me know. Thanks.
I've had the pleasure of going to this court a few times and yes all they care about is the fine, you will not walk outta there without paying something, so save your sobs stories about being late to work, having to rush to the hospital, it dosnt work, if your license is clean then you can bargin for a fine with no points, which I have done before....good luck
go on the exact date of ticket.
usually if you just show up they will reduce it.
there are a ton of lawyer in mineola and hempstead but you can probably get
same thing they will get you and not have to pay them 400$ on top of the fine you still have to pay.
Good luck.
