Silver Spring is definitely an option! I want everyone to understand though that their has to be compromises at times too seeing that we have to be considerate of members in the tri-state area. VA does tend to get a bad rap because of people with modded cars getting harassed in Fairfax but we must remember that there are a lot of member who live in VA and drive their cars there daily without incident! Not to mention there are plenty of alternative places in VA than Fairfax.

I am speaking for myself , i have been to VA meets in the past and I made up my mind that I will not drive my car to VA. I don't go by i heard , I made up my mind from my past experiences.
I just don't do VA ..
I haven't heard anything Adam.. I'm not sure what they wanna do but I am down for whatever as long as it's not in VA.

 

I vote for the National Harbor Great scenery, plenty of activity and a compromise to all distances.

Hey, sorry for the silence guys! Got pretty busy for a minute! Gonna start scouting locations and talking to a few places so we can do things legit. If anyone has suggestions that will work for BOTH the VA and MD guys then please keep posting them!

 

Us 240 guys would sometimes have a meet at one of the garages in Montgomery Mall. We were never bothered by security and we would all go inside and eat. Close for VA people.

Downtown silver spring would be cool if we met at the top of the garage. Also a good alternative.

 

Let's meet this Friday @ Largo Town Center.. then cruise to the NATIONAL HARBOR. It starts at 6pm and ends at 11pm...

Let's meet there @6:30 roll in as a unit @ 7:00.. Roll to NATIONAL HARBOR @ 8:30...
