Anyone in the DC/VA/MD area know where I can get one local (rent or purchase) or know of anyone that would loan one out for $20.

Crank bolts a ******...

Long 1/2 breker bar put it against the frame and carefully crank the engine over works on rwd models well

Hahaha...that scares the **** out of me. More of a Plan Z for me. Isolating the pulley was the problem. Once I got the holder the bolt was off in less than a minute.

The idea is scary but it works well, done it more then once
