how about Sept 11 or 17. a week or two away from Cedar Beach meet. I'm just putting up dates. might want to start dates and location. summer will end quickly and school is about to start. time to make some moves. any suggested date and location. preferrably a park with grill so we can all eat. have enough space for parking and taking pictures.

 

How about the Ross Docks where the old NELOC and Liberty VIP guys use to hold meets. It seems to have alot of space to park and grills. also it has a nice scenery with the bridge in the background. I forgot where its located. I think near Palisades. So its not that far for the NY guys. heres pics from the past NELOC Meet.

yea TJ i think the reason we stop goin was because of parking. i think u have to pay a fee now. not a bad place though. if we can confirm that we don't have to pay then we should do it there.

 

sorry when ur 2-3" off the ground its hard to manuever in and out of unpaved roads. not to mention the exposed manhole covers that are about 4-5" higher than the unpaved road.

if that motivates you to get rid of your Lexus then i guess that suits u best.

 

oh ok. hmmm back to the drawing board lol.

 

Roosevelt park might be good. we have several parks with grill so lets do some searching. lets get a date and location goin so we can start this thing.

 

we should have a meet at target again, last year we had a few of them and had a great turn out

End of Summer meet in MD!

End Of Summer Meet in MD on Sat Oct 1st

 

We can have multiple meets I don't think that should be an issue. Let’s shoot for a NY gathering after End of Summer Meet in MD and Black 2.

I was thinking we can do Oct 23rd, 2011 which is the same day as Island Import Day at Heckscher State Park in Long Island, NY which we can all roll out together. Thoughts?

 

that seems like a good idea and its a Sunday which is good for me. check to see who else is coming to Island import day.

 

I can tell you that in the past we have always had issues getting together as a large group from both the MD, DC, VA area and NY, NJ, Philly area when there are meets and events on Sundays. For some reason you guys up there like Sundays and we like Saturdays.

 

yea different people have different schedules. I really don't like going to meets on Saturday cause I have a 9 month old and 8 year old to look after alone. Sunday at least my wife can tag along or I can go and chill. I'm sure people have their own reasons. its no pressure, if u can't make it u can't. but seriously we need to do something before the year is over at least. it doesn't have to be big.
