The rear stock tires have camber wear, car is pretty low, spacers installed, and a dash light bulb for the rear 97+ tails I installed. I was sort of 50/50 if I was going to pass or not but at 8:20am this morning, I got my new sticker. They just told me to get new rear tires soon. I'm planning on putting my 19"s on in the next 2-3 weeks so I'll be good for a while.
All of those stuff pass easily, even with loud exhaust it be passed. Safely is easy to pass, as long your brakes, tires, no large cracked windshield and no CEL, then your good to go.
Anybody know of a "friendly" place in NoVA to go for State inspection? My headers removed my primary cats (no CEL, though) and my Bride seat causes my airbag light to stay on.

Just remove your airbig light bulb from your dashboard. Problem solved
