Hopefully it doesn't rain at all the weather men can t predict Maryland weather we were supposed to get an inch of snow Saturday and didn t get a flake. Either way I ll be there if it going down !

going to try something a bit different...pulled beef bbq. done tons of pork shoulders, and brisket (couldn't find any full packers, so can't do this time ) but never beef. may do a tri-tip also. if it turns out to be a massive fail, i'm bringing fried yard bird....

Well weather still looks crappy but forget it, BBQ is still on. I figure I BBQ in the snow I can BBQ now. lol Besides if I cancel this time I wont have time to throw another one until June sometime. We'll just move most of the party inside.
