As noted, the event is happening rain or shine, if you are worried about the weather, an easy up is not a bad idea. There will also be burgers/dogs/bbq for sale at the event as far as food goes.

Dependent on what time everyone comes is we can do dinner some place.
There is a pre meet starting at 7pm at an ice cream place close to aloft hotel.
I'm going to have to break away for a bit to drop off Samantha and my daughter for her bed time.
Then meet back up with everyone around 930-10 to wash cars. Weather permitting.
I believe at least one person in each caravan has my number. Please keep me up to dates on etas on Friday so I can coordinate everything more efficiently.

The bridge tunnel traffic is what you have to worry about. That can start as early as 2:30-3 and not let up till about 8 on really bad days. Everything else is minor your standard 5-6 rush hour only slows a commute down by like 15-30 mins.
Nothing like real nova traffic.
