Ocean City Car Show June 11th and 12th
Here is the media that has been released for the Ocean City Car Show for June 11th and 12th.
In going back and forth with the promoters from this event we are really looking forward to this event. We will be working with several groups to make this show a success as we have in years past. These groups include but are not limited to I/S/O from North Carolina, Liberty VIP, Sumospeed and some other groups in the Northeast region. We are looking to be able to park inside on the upper level of the Ocean City Convention Center. In order to do this there are several rules that are not up for debate.
1. Those that wish to park inside must load there cars Friday June 10th by 9PM
2. Those that do park inside car not able to take there cars until Sunday June 12th after 6PM
3. Those that park outside must remain parked until Saturday June 11th after 7PM
Those that do not wish to park inside are more than welcome to park outside as there are a good bit of vendors and participants there as well. I would need contact information and your intentions for parking by May 27th to coordinate with the promoter.
We have been offered a promotion code to discount the rate per entry. This code is good through May 27th. After then is up to the discretion of the Ocean City Car Show staff.
The current promotion code is neloc20. This code will provide us all with a discount of a total of $20 off the show rate of $65. We will have access to a total of $20 off the entry rate until May 27th where most others must register much sooner. Please do not wait to register. The more we have the more accomidating the staff will be.
Since this is mainly an overnight event many of us will be in need of hotel accomidations. In addition to the promo rate on the entry fee the Staff at Ocean City Car Show is working on our behalf to help us get discounts on several hotel accomidations in the area. Some of these include hotels, motels and even condos to rent. Do not worry about having nothing to due if you are staying over night. This is a beach town with more restaurants and bars to enjoy than most of the areas we live in. In addition there are a few clubs and such to enjoy. There is also a bus service available to all Ocean City guests that travel up and down the entire strip for what I believe to be a $3 per day.
I will be happy to entertain any questions regarding this show and relavent topics.

I'm hoping to fly home for this, but it all depends on work. I used all of my paid time off for the Christmas. It would be nice to see everyone inside for this.

I may have to sit this one out guys. 
I have my daughter that weekend and the time limitations for indoor parking make it so I can't possibly do it. She has to be back at her mothers by 5pm and with a 4 -5 hr drive home makes it impossible. Lol

Unfortunately this is always a possibility when you have cars involved. The nice part of our participation which is always a major part of a show that we attend we are able to have a good time without having to deal with the younger crowd.

I hope that many of the members are willing to make a weekend of it as well. The members of the group are adults and always have a good time when they get together. Since there are so few large meets/shows this is a great oppurtunity to meet new people and hangout with old friends.
