There are a slew of members near the Philly area. PhillyGS, Lexgirl702, and a few others to mention. During the winter months, ALOT of our guys kinda go into hibernation so there is not much activity(posting from them). Also they belong to more than 1 group. Liberty VIP(which spawned from this group initially) is where some have migrated.
As far as modded IS's go as well as a host of other vehicles,, check the NELOC HERITAGE THREAD. Some of the pics may have disappeared, but there are still tons to see. Be prepared to sit awhile thru allof the threads.

but I take good care of any Lexus' I get to touch lol
I've become pretty good on mounting wide tires on custom rims with out scratching,
I dont think we charge much for mounting/balancing tires neither.
If you see a black 92 sc 300 in the parking lot I'm there.
