Default Need paint help in MD

I am going to be starting a thread for a DIY on Painting my car. IM new to the whole automotive paint thing. I've done a rattle can job before but want to do the real deal on my GS 1st gen. I work in a shop as a mechanic so we can help each other out. If someone has some free time or a garage let me know becuase im trying to paint my car. PM me or message here. Id be willin to help a member from here do some mechanical work for free as long as they have a lexus lol. Im lookin to make friends not a side buck. Hit me up the name is Harvey. ANd if anyone has a good choice i should use for color let me know. I like dark tint, and white, bronze, or chrome rims so that may help choose a color.

good luck. i would go to the junkyard and pull some body parts first and practice on them. body work is very hard not something that can be learned over the internet.

Im not doing body work in the sense of dents and major damage. Im just painting because of the number of scratches in the paint. I painted a car before but it was a rattle can job. But it was black and it turned out a 6 on the scale of 10 lol
