OC MD car show/meet
Outside for me! Here's a copy of the rules from the website:
* The OC Car Shows offer an array of classes to suit every need. The event is opened to all types of vehicles and bikes alike. A full list of classes is below for June and August.
* Indoor Elite Division - the best of the best! Prizes, trophies, cash prizes and bragging rights to the winners.
* Competitors will be on display for 2 days: Indoor cars will stay in Convention Center from Friday (setup) til Sunday (breakdown).
* Cars will not be allowed to be taken off the display floor until end of show.
* Ocean City - Gas tanks are to have no more than 3/4 tank of gas and no less than 1/4tank (1/2 tank will work perfect). INSIDE ONLY
* Battery cables must be disconnected. INSIDE ONLY
* You may power with a converter, but we do not supply converter. INSIDE ONLY
* Pre-register online to ensure a spot! The show will sell out on a first come first serve basis. All entered vehicles will be seen by 15,000-20,000 spectators plus countless magazines and press, television and more.
* All indoor car registrants must set up Friday between 9AM and 8PM. NO EXEPTIONS! The convention centers will not permit us to load in after this time.
* Competitors must set up both days; check-in Saturday and Sunday are 7AM till 10AM. (AUGUST DOES OFFER A SINGLE DAY ENTRY FOR OUTSIDE)
* ALL OUTDOOR VEHICLES MUST STAY PARKED SATURDAY NIGHT UNTIL 7pm! August does offer single day entry which is good either Sat or Sun and you will be judged in your particular class.
* Outdoor entrants do not need to worry about the above restrictions for gas and battery as they are not inside the building. Those are US Fire Codes for placing a vehicle inside a Convention Center.
* Once entered you will receive an email confirmation to bring with you for check in and that will tell you all of the information you will need to attend the show.

* Fog machines are not permitted in the Ocean City Convention Center
* Please note, your insurance will cover yourself and your vehicle at the events

For the group, outside is best as long as the weather holds.
Every year up to last year, we've been inside. I don't like having to roll in Friday and not being able to roll out until late Sunday....and not having a car to drive after show hours.

ok guys lets stay on topic...who else is going....and who is down for meeting up on the 4th in OC to take it over....? i need a count so i can make sure the spot is big enough so start a list.

good idea and that's where we wil meet....be there before 12pm on Friday June 4th..after we all meet up we are going to cruise and take over OC! I hate seeing those hondas/neon's everywhere

the show is on the 5th - 6th...if you want to great but I'm talkn about a pre meet on the 4th so we can meet members, cruise, eat meet at the OC park and ride by foodlion we cruising at 12ish
