I am looking at 3 cars at Lexus Of Queens and they are all very nice cars, low miles, clean car fax, good price. . A few of my friends have bought cars from Lexus Of Queens and there experience was decent. Was wondering if this is the majority.

 

I got my car from there as well. I wouldn't say the service there is the best, but it is definitely by far not the worse i've experienced either. I just put up a thread about Lexus of Queens and other members gave me some "stay away" type responses and recommended Rallye instead. Never did find out why people didn't like it though.

 

Have you checked out the cars? Lexus of Queens is interesting...in the end I think you should base your purchase on price. If you get a good deal...jump on it

 

here's my experience with Lexus of Queens. I bought a 2007 IS250 from them this past January 2010.

1. What a pressure pre-sale it was. Keep pressuring me to close on the deal before the end of the month. (typical sales).

2. The service is subpar. They had no idea on how to install my rear F-Sports Sway bar. After a few months I notice a popping noises coming from the back of my car from the poor installation. Second, my Lexus with 7100 miles needed new brakes and rotors. When I questioned the service advisor about the excessive brake and rotor issue. He told me that is normal with the IS models. I reported the both issue to Lexus and they are investigating my claims.

So stay away.
