Megan Racing downpipe
What's good fellow NELOC'ers, I'm thinking of purchasing the Megan Racing downpipe (b-pipe). I believe this will eliminate the third Cat if I'm not mistaken. What about CEL? Will I have a problem passing inspection with this? I know tha Cali guys do because of their emission laws. Any info will be much appreciated
