Bellex, your name was added to the list on the first page days ago(Check page #1,,,#30). I have been monitoring and maintaining the list for Smitty to help him to concentrate on some other aspects of the BBQ. Guests are permitted, just need a rough headcount.

List of needed items should be up this evening sometime, Smitty was reviewing the items earlier when I spoke with him. Generic suggestion,, can never have too much drink (soda, ice etc), burgers, dogs, napkins, paper plates, etc.

 

Preciate it trukn - I'll be bringing one guest..

 

Sorry guys and gals. Been really really busy with this week with work.


As I see it I could use/use more of the following items.

- Condiments
- Sides (potato salad, baked beans, ect...)
- Chairs


I spoke to Nate the other day and he's going to be bring some extra chairs to the house tomorrow or early Saturday morning. So I'm hoping I'll have enough. But if you have the extra portable chairs please bring them just in case.

Unfortunately due to my schedule I will not be able to cook up my ribs but I have ribs on the way from Famous Dave's and whatever else wifey ordered. lol

We should definitely have enough food and if we run out of anything we can always get some more. Look forward to the event. Weather is looking good for Saturday (Sunny 65, 0% chance of rain) So hope everyone enjoys themselves.

I want to be there when HE'S there, so I can catch his meat coming right off the grill.

 

Damn, Smitty if I known that I would voluteered to smoke some ribs. I will get with you tomorrow about the chairs I think I have small tables to go with it too.

I went to Famous Dave's last night and indeed there good. If more ribs are needed, how far is the Famous Dave's from your place Smitty?

 

can smitty or someone else PM me a cell number that i can send a text message to when i'm on my way (which will probably be like 4pm) and i can pick up whatever it is that you guys are out of?? i will try to make it earlier but there is a street festival in dc that day (sakura matsuri) that my wife has been planning to attend since the last one ended last year.

 

Well I was going to pick up from Laurel or have them deliver. I'm going to be checking on that in just a second.
