nah you just got the wrong idea trust me. With my current drop and my wheels I am a lot closer to the ground than you will ever be with your 20"s. Where there is a will there is a way, and not with air.

im not on 20's haha, and yea of course ull always b lower caz u have smaller wheels making u lower right off the bat as compared to mine. i can go jack up my car and lower it anytime i want, but the thing that is holding me back is that i wont b able to turn my wheel without loosing a fender or going through rubber like its my job lol

and i dont want to go with smaller wheels

True but rolling or pulling the fender is usually necessary as I have done. Although my wheels are smaller in diameter my offsets are far more aggressive. So it can be done if you want to do it.

iv shaved and pulled the fenders already to fit the rims with the drop i did

jerseys the same, but i still bought 20's and i bent them after a week. sold those right away.
