New Lexus owner NJ
Hey what's up NELOC names Kristian, just picked up a 96 SC 300 I been on the forums for awhile just never owned a lexus. I even been to some NELOC meets and hung out with some of you guys. Im good friends with NISMO and worked at Toyota with Vince who used to have a 1st gen GS
Some back ground on my cars - Built 7MGTE MK3 7MGTE Cressida
1JZ Cressida and misc Cressidas here and there
The story on the SC is I found it all beat up around my block. The owner had went to jail, father ripped out the system to sell it and now all the lights and windows don't work. I found half the fuse box melted and the harness in the wheel well chopped up. I have my work cut out for me but the price was right so I couldnt let this one go. LMK what you guys think thanks
This was the first day I got it,drove it around and thought I was going to drive off the road= bad rack bushings
Cleaned it up a lil bit
Some of my nitemare damn DUBs

Welcome to the group. Couple of things,,
1. The groups name is NELOC(Knee-Lock), not NELCO. I fixed it in your post to keep the others here from forming a lynch mob for pronouncing it wrong. Trust me these guys are vicious. LOL!!! (J/k)
2. Since you have been around for awhile, and even attended some of the events, am sure that you already realize what a cool group of individuals we have here and we are a close knit group. So enjoy your stay.
3. Nice pick-up on the SC. Once you get some of the wiring problems straight, looks like it is going to be a vicious ride. The mod bug will be upon you VERY SOON.
