I honestly don't know why that's taking you through jersey city, then through the entire LONG way...
You can just take Gothals bridge, and then take turnpike south to exit 8 ( i believe ). You get off of the NB exit, and you're about 2 miles from the trucks...
Yep. He told me he paid 40 bucks in tolls last time and requested a much cheaper route. So I gave him an option (he doesnt have to go that way if he doesnt want to ) to take a different route that will cost him only 8 bucks at the Holland on the return. Of course there are a million and one ways to get to Rutgers that are more direct (Gothals or 278 to 440, Turnpike, etc etc) but also more expensive due to tolls and bridges. Plus outside of Pulaski skyway and manhattan, its pretty smooth as most of the roads were recently paved.
alright just to let everyone know. I'm going to be waiting at the trucks with a big obnoxious american flag umbrella, i have a black 1st gen GS.
If its still raining ridiculously, we can get fattys at one of the local places a block away inside. Giovanellis, PJs, RU Grill, etc. Then if you wanna do a photoshoot type of thing or just get out of the rain, the RU parking deck is three blocks down College Ave.
Regardless, come to the trucks and I can lead us all around from there.
