Looks good. The color choices in the backgrounds are really nice.

 

Is it just me or are there really faint arrows going through these logos?

I thought it was just me i see them too.

 

The My-NI one has faint squiggly arrows as watermarks because it was for a freelance contest a long time ago. People put watermarks on contest material because sometimes the contest holder could use your logo without permission or paying for it. The rest except for the CL logo I made when I first joined the forums were all for specific jobs.

Here's a logo I did about a year ago for a customer of mine who is an engineer. He wanted me to illustrate him as part of the logo. He also looks Jimmy Neutron'ish so I ran with it.
