hey guys...i wanan get some 19inch rims for my 99 GS300....i dont want the tires to rub and all and not really wanting to roll my fenders also...i heard if i get a higher offset i shouldnt have that problem...is that true?? and if it is how big of an offset should i get??? and also if i do that...would i need to do anything else to the suspension...other then dropping it cause yea...nyc dont got the nicest roads around...so help me out here...appreciate the help from everyone
