Yes....we specifically selected the Pavilion to house the cars for this group. We could have occupied another totally enclosed building, but if we did, we would have to leave the cars at the fairgrounds all weekend. By utilizing the pavilion, we can leave and use our cars each night to travel back and forth to the show. We have less room than the enclosed building, but at least we take our cars at night.

Some of us who are organizing the meet will be arriving Friday. Nothing really goes on that day....the main day is really Saturday. Sunday is when the remaining attendees come back to hang out and see the show results, but a lot of people go home Sunday so attendance is lower on Sunday.

 

I'm def going to be there all weekend. Guys, remember that Sunday is Mother's day, so plan out a lil time to get there for dinner as well.

FYI:

The Caravan from NYC will be leaving at 6am Saturday Morning. More details to come later.

Ummmm we need to be at the Fairgrounds and parked by 10am. Unless you have a time warp machine in your ES, NYC - Harrisburg is 3 hours away so that leaves an extra hour for breakdowns, etc.
