There is a D1 event at a new track near Millville NJ. in Sept. This would be a great weekend or day trip. Plenty of time to plan in advance.
I don't think they even posted the actual date, just the month.
Anyone know the area, suggest hotels Whatever?

No problem. If your down with the track days , Summit point is a nice ride and they have a few nice tracks. With enough notice I'm always down for a day at the track.

I agree with Carlos's Idea about having event assisters....People that can help put events together and ensure that they are successful....
I for one know how much work it takes to do an event alone...since I used to book out venues in the city. I think it would be better to have someone that know's how to arrange a successful meet...just like Carlos suggested...

i agree with carlos to have event helpers or whatever you would like to call them. some of the guys in philly are trying to have a meet and i think it would be good to have help from some of the guys that have done more meets like some of the NY guys even if there not from the area they can still help with setting name list and things of that sort
