Section 8 , Article 5, Paragraph 17
All new members will be subjected to the initiation process by a jury of Neloc Elders!!! All new members will commit to the washing and EXTENSIVE waxing of the Neloc representatives cars in both the North(G-Soup, Oohpapi) and South (Trukn1, Apex) areas. They will also be subjected to a "jump em in" ceremony in which a "Group Photo" will be taken. This applies to both Neloc North and Neloc South areas, and there is no expiration date on this. All new members are to supply a full tank of gas for the respective representatives, and commit to the infamous "Frank the Tank" impersonation with Smitty, Flaveslex, and DJ Tantra. LOl!!!
BTW,,, we do "Group Photo's" a litle differently than most people. We just rough ya up a little, never try to hurt ya. Think of it as your big brother smacking ou around.. LOl!!!!

You cant go wrong with the NeLoc crew. They are good bunch of guys and as far as i know, can eat like champions. Every bbq i've been to and nothing, I mean nothing is wasted. A good burger or hotdog finds a home in someone's stomach..haha You'll have a lot of fun. Nice to see NJ is more alive. Used to suck driving by myself to NY all the time. BigBea if he's still around is in new brunswick. He's got a white 2nd gen GS. Maybe I should keep my GS...sigh...i'm going to miss it.
